Information in an enquiry
The form asks for your name, an email address or phone number, a municipality or community, a short work description and an optional work type. The page where the enquiry began, referral source, campaign label when present, and time spent completing the form are included to provide context and help check automated submissions. No photo upload or account is offered.
YAK uses enquiry information to review the work and respond. The production form sends it through the existing demolition intake system to a Google Sheets CRM. That system supports internal Telegram alerts for new enquiries. An accepted reference confirms that the intake system saved the enquiry; it does not guarantee an alert, response time or booked visit. An unavailable or uncertain message is not confirmation of receipt.
Local test data
In explicitly enabled local sandbox mode, synthetic test enquiries are retained in a private local record for form verification. They are not emailed, sent to a CRM or placed in the public website files. Test records are removed after review and before release. Do not enter real client information during sandbox testing.
Browser storage and measurement
The form may store a random request identifier and acceptance reference in session storage to recognise a retry. It also keeps referral source and campaign labels for up to 30 minutes between visits within this tab. External referral URLs are reduced to their origin, without their path or query. It does not save your name, contact details or work description there. The session identifier can be cleared by closing the browser session. To recover an unfinished form after using Back, this tab may keep the unsent details in its navigation history. The form restores that draft for up to 30 minutes; it is not sent to YAK or analytics. Browser history and session restoration settings control how the browser retains it.
There are no enabled third-party analytics, advertising pixels or session recordings in this build. Telephone and email links open your device’s calling or email application, which has its own privacy terms.
