- Fixtures or service positions intended to remain
- Room access and whether another bathroom remains available
Work to confirm separately
Plumbing, electrical isolation, replacement waterproofing and concealed repairs need named responsibilities. Removing a finish does not establish the condition of the material behind it or include the complete rebuild.
Requesting your quote
Tell us which bathroom is involved and what will remain. Include known reports or leak history in the assessment conversation, but do not disturb materials or open a wall to prepare an enquiry.
