Work to confirm separately
Landlord approval, design, fire and life-safety systems, utility work and material investigation need their own responsibilities. A demolition enquiry does not establish approval to alter common building systems or another tenancy.
Requesting your quote
Explain the business use and the purpose of the strip-out. Identify who can approve the scope and provide the relevant landlord or design documents for assessment. You can ask about project fit before the complete fit-out package is ready.
