- Contents, slab, footings and paving removal boundaries
- The intended use and ground condition after the work
Work to confirm separately
Municipal permissions, material information, utility arrangements and access need project-specific checks. Foundation removal, filling, grading and rebuilding are separate items to confirm. Do not enter an unstable structure to gather information.
Requesting your quote
Tell us what is visible from a safe position and what you want the area to become. Include an available site plan or drawings later in the assessment conversation. We will need to confirm availability and the exact scope before any work is agreed.
