What to include in your request
These details help us understand your project. The final work and any exclusions will be confirmed after assessment.
- The named element and the proposed stopping points
- Adjacent finishes, fixtures and surfaces to preserve
- Whether any removed item is intended for recovery
- The drawing or marked photograph that explains your intent
Work to confirm separately
An intended line on a photograph is not a safe cutting instruction. Structural, material and concealed-service questions need resolution during assessment. Recovery intact is also a separate requirement, rather than an automatic result of selective removal.
Requesting your quote
A useful request identifies one element, the surrounding features to keep and the next trade’s intended use of the space. If the boundary is unsettled, select Not sure and explain the design decision still being made.
