These details help us understand your project. The final work and any exclusions will be confirmed after assessment.
- Partitions, ceiling, flooring and built-in items proposed for removal
- Furnace, water heater, meters and other retained equipment
- Stair or external entrance used to access the basement
- Occupied areas or shared services connected to the space
Work to confirm separately
Underpinning, excavation, foundation work, waterproofing and remediation are separate specialist questions. They are not included merely because a basement is being stripped back. Mention known water-entry history or existing reports for assessment.
Requesting your quote
Name the rooms and finishes rather than asking to remove everything below the main floor. State any equipment or finished area that needs to remain usable so the project team can review that requirement.
