These details help us understand your project. The final work and any exclusions will be confirmed after assessment.
- Rooms and the wall or ceiling surfaces involved
- Known board, plaster or suspended-ceiling assembly
- Lights, vents and other systems that must remain
- Whether the intended result is exposure for inspection or renovation
Work to confirm separately
Framing, structural members, service alteration and reinstating fire separations are not implicit in finish removal. Textured or layered finishes may need material investigation. Do not rely on appearance to decide what can be disturbed.
Requesting your quote
Name the surface and describe what should be visible when removal stops. If the real objective is to remove an entire partition or create an opening, include that as a separate proposal rather than a finish-removal assumption.
