- Known underlay, adhesive or heating-system information
- The following installer’s stated substrate requirements
Work to confirm separately
Finish removal, adhesive removal, substrate repair, levelling and installing the replacement floor are different scope items. Material layers need appropriate review before disturbance; a photograph alone cannot clear them for removal.
Requesting your quote
Describe the visible floor and the area you want changed. If you do not know the layers underneath, say so. Do not lift a sample to complete this form. Bring any existing material report into the assessment instead.
