- Cabinets and worktops proposed for removal
- Splashback and floor finishes, including their room boundaries
- Appliances or fittings to retain or recover
- The point at which the kitchen installer takes over
Work to confirm separately
Appliance handling, disconnection, wall alteration, substrate repair and fitting a new kitchen are not implicit inclusions. Identify these interfaces when requesting assessment, even if a different contractor will handle them.
Requesting your quote
Start with the old kitchen elements you want removed and whether the replacement layout is available. State if the floor continues into an occupied adjoining room. The form can stay short; detailed planning questions are covered in the linked guide.
